8 years later & both becoming mothers of two ! we have literally the best team! working with the most powerful, inspirational, talented & kindest warmest women I have ever known 🫶 anything is possible when you have good souls around you 💫🌼

I Hope you all had a lovely long weekend, however busy or quiet it was I hope you did something for you that made your heart feel happy 💛
I think many of us get lost in the crazy, and understandably forget just how incredibly important it is & essential for ourselves and people around us that we take care of our mind body & soul💛
I don’t want my children to remember me running around 24 7 like a crazy woman a bit of a blur, I want them to see and to know mommy takes care of herself & it’s absolutely normal, and they too find joy in taking care of themselves 💛
Buy yourself the flowers💐
Book that yoga you’ve been dreaming of 🧘‍♀️ Take a walk and find a pretty view & paint until the noise goes away 🎨💛
Take yourself out for dinner & eat that meal you have been craving 🥘
