Yesterday we said goodbye to Customer Relations Manager, Mya as she now officially starts her Maternity Leave! 🥹

We would like to wish Mya all the best in her new role as ‘mummy’ and look forward to welcoming her back in early June 2027!🩷

🧸 Kids Fun Day – Day 3 🧸

Did someone say Teddy Bear Picnic? 🧺🐻 We had a fantastic turnout, with so many wonderful cuddly friends joining us for the fun!

Our community loved this event as our activities team set everything up outside, complete with packed lunches for everyone who came along🥰

The afternoon was filled with garden games, laughter, and smiles, and we even had a very special little helper serving everyone! 💛

Thank you to everyone who joined us and made it such a memorable day. We can’t wait for the next adventure!✨

Day 2 was all about bouncy castle and garden fun! 🌞

The superhero bouncy castle was a huge hit, with the children bouncing high with excitement and endless energy. It was wonderful to see so many smiles and hear so much laughter throughout the day🥹

Our residents also loved watching all the fun, enjoying the children’s enthusiasm and the joyful atmosphere it brought to the garden. Another fantastic day making special memories together! 💙

🍫 Kids Fun Day – Day 1! 🍫

What a fantastic start to the week! On Monday, we welcomed local children and their families for the first of our Kids Fun Days, and it was full of smiles, laughter, and plenty of chocolatey fun☺️

Everyone got hands-on making their own delicious chocolate treats with cornflakes and Rice Krispies before decorating them with lots of colourful toppings✨

Our residents loved watching the children get creative, have fun, and enjoy special moments with their families. It was wonderful to see everyone coming together and making such happy memories.🩷

We can’t wait to see what the rest of the week has in store! 🙏🏼

Everyone had the chance to choose from a colourful selection of beads before creating their very own customised bracelet. It was wonderful to see everyone’s creativity shine and each bracelet turn out completely unique!🤍

We were recently delighted to welcome members of the Fowler family back to Austin Rose following the sad passing of their beloved mum, who is deeply missed by our staff 🙏🏼

During their visit, the family very generously donated £1,000 to support the activities and experiences we provide for our residents. Their kindness and generosity will make a real difference, helping us continue to create meaningful moments for everyone in our care🩷🙏🏼

We would like to say a heartfelt thank you to the Fowler family for this incredible donation and for thinking of us during such a difficult time. Your mum will always be remembered with great fondness and will be greatly missed by everyone at Austin Rose✨

Austin brought a Wimbledon-inspired atmosphere to the garden with a fun-filled afternoon of badminton and swingball! 🎾

It was fantastic to see so many smiling faces making the most of the beautiful weather while enjoying some friendly competition. A great time was had by everyone, with plenty of laughter, teamwork, and sporting spirit throughout the tournament! 🌞🏆
