Whether you’re joining us at grounded., Selly Oak, St Paul’s or Hall Green, you’ll find supportive spaces designed to help you reset, reflect, and reconnect with yourself 🌿

Men’s Mental Health Matters 💙

1 in 8 men experience a mental health problem, but many struggle to reach out for support.

Talking about mental health is a sign of strength, not weakness.

No one should feel they have to face challenges alone.

Small conversations can make a big difference.

Looking after your mental wellbeing is just as important as looking after your physical health.

🤝 Men’s Group – A welcoming space for men to connect, share experiences, and support one another, run by the Living Well Consortium.

💬 Free Talking Therapies Referrals – We can help signpost and refer people to appropriate talking therapy services.

📍 Information & Signposting – Support with finding local services, community groups, and wellbeing resources.

🌱 Wellbeing Workshops – Practical sessions focused on mental health, resilience, self-care, and overall wellbeing.

Remember: You don’t have to be in crisis to seek support. Reaching out early can help you stay well and connected.
