Another week and the Quinton men walking and talking group will be out walking again this Thursday evening.
we meet outside the co-op on quinton Road west B32 2RE.
I will be there from 18:45
and the walk will start at19:00 hrs.
The walk last about 1hr to 1hr 15 minutes.
It would be great if we could get more men involved.
The idea is to raise awareness in men’s mental health and well-being it’s a safe space where men can come together meet new friends and have a nice gentle walk and talk about absolutely anything they wish to talk about without any judgement.
So if you are feeling up to it just come along and see for yourself.

No need to book just turn up this evening between 18:45-19:00.
If you need any further assistance you can find it on the men walking and talking website.

The group will make you feel most welcome .
