I’ve added a little extra to the treatment menu… our 15-minute Stomach Massage Upgrade 🤍
Using the gorgeous ELEMIS Cellutox Active Body Oil, this is the perfect little add-on if you want to switch off, relax and give yourself a little extra TLC.

The stomach can hold so much tension, and gentle massage can help you feel more relaxed, comfortable and at ease. It can also help encourage circulation and ease that feeling of bloating and tightness.

I also love working around the solar plexus area. In holistic therapy, this area is often linked with emotions, stress and feeling grounded. Taking 15 minutes to slow down, breathe and have some gentle massage can be such a lovely way to finish your treatment.

Today is your last day of school, and I honestly can't believe how quickly the years have gone. It feels like only yesterday I was taking you to your first day, and now you're stepping out into the big wide world.
You have grown into such a lovely young man, and I am so proud of everything you have achieved. Watching you grow, learn, and become the person you are today has been one of the greatest joys of my life.
This is the start of an exciting new chapter for you. Follow your dreams, work hard, believe in yourself, and never forget how loved you are.
