Last weekend, I had the pleasure of taking part in the IronTeam- motywacja, trening, odchudzanie seminar and assessing team members using a Force Decks to analyze muscle imbalances, performance and movement patterns 💪📊

We also performed ultrasound scanning to evaluate tissue condition and potential risk factors.

The number of participants exceeded my expectations, it’s great to see such awareness of health and injury prevention 👏

Very soon, each participant will receive an individual report with detailed results and recommendations 🦵📈
