👣 Are you struggling with chronic plantar fasciitis?

🌟 Exciting News for Feet! 🌟

There's a ray of hope that's making waves in the medical community – Shockwave Therapy! 🌊

🔍 What's Shockwave Therapy? It's a non-invasive treatment that uses sound waves to encourage healing and pain relief right where it hurts.

✨ Benefits of Shockwave Therapy for Plantar Fasciitis:

👣 Non-Surgical Solution: Say goodbye to the thought of surgery! This therapy is non-invasive and doesn't require any downtime.

👣 Pain Relief: Many patients experience significant pain reduction, often after just a few sessions.

👣 Promotes Healing: It's not just about managing pain. Shockwave therapy stimulates the body’s natural healing processes.

👣 Quick Sessions: Each session is quick, usually around 10-20 minutes, fitting easily into busy schedules. We also combine your session with a tailor made foot strengthening programme so you are in control of your routine even after treatment has finished.

👣 Safe and Effective: It's a NICE approved method, backed by research

👟 If you've been sidelined by plantar fasciitis, it might be time to consider shockwave therapy.

👉 What Is Trigger Finger?
It’s when a finger gets stuck in a bent position and then straightens with a snap, like pulling and releasing a trigger.

👉 Causes:
Trigger finger is usually caused by repetitive motion or forceful use of the finger or thumb. It can also arise from conditions like arthritis or diabetes, which may cause inflammation in the finger's tendons.

👉 Symptoms:

Finger stiffness, especially in the morning
A popping or clicking sensation when you move your finger
Tenderness or a bump (nodule) in the palm at the base of the affected finger
Finger locking in a bent position, which suddenly pops straight

👉 What can we do?
A study from 2021 recommends High Powered shockwave for pain relief and a better return to function

Step One: Ultrasound scan

Step Two: Combination Therapy (Shockwave and EMTT)

Step Three: Splint to protect

Arthritic knee pain?
Arthritic hip pain?

Osteoarthritis can be a debilitating condition.

One of the best treatments is to remain active and build strength in the muscles surrounding the affected joints.

Sometimes it is difficult to do these exercises due to the pain.

We may have just what you’re looking for.

The EMTT is a non-invasive, clinically proven device to assist in pain reduction of arthritic joints so that you can start or continue the activities that you’ve been struggling with.

Contact our lead EMTT clinician for more information
