🔄 44% of patients seen attended multiple appointments, reflecting the ongoing support many patients require for their healthcare needs.

❌ 1,536 appointments were cancelled
📅 32% of cancellations were made by patients who had cancelled multiple appointments

💬 4,006 online medical queries received
📋 1,404 online administrative requests received

| Weight Management Support at Tower Hill Partnership |

Tirzepatide (Mounjaro®) is now available on the NHS for a limited group of patients as part of a specialist weight management pathway.

Treatment is not suitable for everyone and is only available to patients who meet the national NHS eligibility criteria following a clinical assessment.

Who may be eligible?

Patients may be considered for assessment if they have:

✅ A Body Mass Index (BMI) of 35 kg/m² or above
(For people from South Asian, Chinese, other Asian, Middle Eastern, Black African or African-Caribbean ethnic backgrounds, the BMI threshold is usually 32.5 kg/m² or above, in line with NICE guidance.)
AND
✅ Four or more of the following qualifying weight-related health conditions:
❤️ Atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease (ASCVD)
🩺 Hypertension (high blood pressure)
🩸 Dyslipidaemia (high cholesterol or abnormal blood fats)
😴 Obstructive Sleep Apnoea (OSA)
🍬 Type 2 diabetes

Meeting these criteria does not automatically mean treatment will be prescribed. Every patient will require a clinical assessment to determine whether tirzepatide is appropriate and safe for them. The practice will contact patients who fit the eligibility criteria as part of the nationally organised rollout for weight management.

If you do not fit the eligibility criteria, other weight management options are available. Please contact the practice if you would like to discuss an alternative weight management option.

The survey is an opportunity to tell us about your experience of using GP services. It asks about a range of topics, including:

👩‍⚕️ The quality of care you receive
📞 Contacting the practice
🤝 Your overall experience of NHS services

Your feedback will help GP practices understand what is working well and identify areas where services can be improved for patients, families, and our local community.

Even if you have not visited your GP practice recently or have completed a questionnaire in the past, we would still like to hear from you.
