"From chronic back pain to minor aches… the difference has been unbelievable.”

That’s exactly what we aim for, helping people move from constant discomfort to feeling back in control of their body.

Here’s what one of our clients shared after treatment with George:

"Fantastic service! The whole team were incredibly accommodating. George was very knowledgeable and realistic when it came to managing my care, and tailored stretches and exercises that fit around my lifestyle, at home and work. The difference has been unbelievable, from chronic back pain to minor back aches, and an ongoing plan for further support and improvement. 10/10 recommended"

We focus on realistic treatment plans that actually fit around your day-to-day life, not something you’ll struggle to stick to.

If you’ve been dealing with ongoing pain, send us a message and we’ll help you take the first step.

"My scan showed wear and tear."

This is something that understandably worries a lot of people.

But here's the reassuring bit. As we get older, changes on scans become incredibly common, even in people with no pain at all.

A scan is just one piece of the puzzle. We always combine imaging with your symptoms, your movement and a physical assessment before deciding what's actually causing the problem.

Treat the person, not just the picture 😊

Guess what... two people with the same injury recover at completely different speeds. Want to know why?

Healing isn't just about the injury itself.

Things like sleep, stress, general health, activity levels and previous injuries can all influence how quickly someone gets better.

That's why we don't compare patients. Your recovery is exactly that... yours.

Our job is to help you make the best possible progress based on what's happening in your body.

On behalf of physios everywhere 😂 here's a myth we'd love to put to bed...

"No pain, no gain."

Successful physiotherapy treatment does not have to be painful. Sometimes it involves no pain at all.

Also when you're recovering from an injury, more pain doesn't usually mean better progress.

In fact, constantly pushing through pain can sometimes slow things down.

Recovery is about gradually rebuilding strength and confidence without repeatedly irritating the injured area.

There's a balance to strike, and that's exactly what we'll help you find.

Have you ever finished a long day at work feeling stiff from head to toe?

Well you're definitely not alone.

Whether you spend the day at a desk, driving, lifting or standing, staying in one position for hours isn't something our bodies are particularly fond of.

Spolier alert: The answer isn't usually finding the "perfect posture." 🫣

It's moving more often.

A quick stretch, standing up for a minute or even walking to make a cup of tea can all help break up long periods in one position.

Your body likes variety 🤸‍♂️

“One of the best decisions I ever made.”

Feedback like this means a lot to our team. We know how difficult it can be when pain starts affecting your work and everyday life, so helping people regain confidence in their body is always the goal.

Here’s what one of our clients shared after treatment with us:

"I joined after being directed to the "In-work support" scheme. One of the best decisions I ever made.

I was seen within roughly 2 weeks of signing up, and was paired up with Mega.

She's honestly a star. Very polite, explanatory and understanding.

She showed me plenty of different stretches and exercises that have helped me manage my symptoms ten-fold.

Whatever she's being paid, it needs to be doubled.

10/10 - I would highly recommend (and have been!)"

"I've just got a bad back." Does this sound like you?

But what does that actually mean?

Back pain isn't one single condition. It can come from joints, muscles, ligaments, discs, irritated nerves or simply doing more than your body was ready for.

But you don't have to just live with it.Most back pain improves well with the right advice and gradual return to movement.

The important thing is understanding what's driving your symptoms rather than putting everything under the same label. If your back is giving you issues, drop us a message.

We've just seen a patient convinced they'd torn a muscle in their calf.

The symptoms certainly sounded that way. But after assessing their strength, movement and walking pattern, it became clear the issue was actually coming from their Achilles tendon.

The recovery plan looked very different!

Just another great reminder that similar symptoms don't always have the same cause.

That's why assessment is such an important part of the process for us. A good diagnosis makes for good physio!

"I don't want to become dependent on treatment."

Don't worry - neither do we! 😅

Our goal has never been to keep people coming back forever. We want to understand what's causing the problem, help you recover and give you the knowledge and exercises to stay well.

Some conditions only need one or two appointments.

Others need a little longer. That's why we always aim to be up-front about what we believe the correct treatment plan is for you.

But the aim is always the same: helping you feel confident managing your body (and feeling tip-top!) long after you've left the clinic.
