We're a close-knit team brought together by a shared belief: everyone deserves access to quality care, and stronger communities start with healthier people. 💙

That's why we're proud to be a Community Interest Company. It means we reinvest part of our clinic capacity back into the local community through our Community Access scheme.

We offer a small number of reduced-rate appointments for:

• Young people (aged 12–17) with sports injuries, growth-related pain or mobility issues
• Individuals recently unemployed (under 6 months) whose pain or injury is affecting their return to work

These are full physiotherapy sessions with a thorough assessment, personalised treatment plan, and professional follow-up. The only difference? They're funded by us.

"I was recommended to OH One Physiotherapy by my GP after injuring my knee during a keep fit class. It was really quick and easy to self-refer, and I was surprised how quickly my appointments were arranged.

I met my practitioner, George Clark, who was friendly, professional, and put me at ease straight away. He diagnosed a hamstring injury and explained different strength exercises for me to do at home, which were sent via email.

I'm not the best of patients, but George continued to support and reassure me that the injury would heal - and he was right!

That’s because we’re a Community Interest Company. We exist to improve health and access to physiotherapy, not to generate profit for shareholders.

Struggling with shoulder pain?

The shoulder is one of the most mobile joints in the body. That freedom of movement is great... until something starts to hurt.

We often see people with shoulder pain that’s been lingering for a while. Sometimes it came on after sport or lifting something awkward. Other times it builds up gradually from work, training, or everyday use.

You might notice things like:

• Pain that’s been hanging around for a couple of weeks or more
• Difficulty lifting your arm overhead

"I am in week 3 of physio on my knee, I have suffered with my left knee for over a year. The physio at the doctors was not very helpful and clearly didn't listen to what I was saying. However, Raj at OH One Physiotherapy has done wonders for me knee! When I first came, I could not use my left leg to lift me on steps, my walk was off and I basically had accepted that this was it and my knee had it. From the first session there was a big difference, at this point I am now finding stairs much easier and my walking has improved. Raj took the time and listened to what I had to say, he didn't just write me off for me being overweight, but took the time and asked questions to get a full understanding of my problem. I can not tell you how much I have appreciated the treatment and I am looking forward to being able to being more active and pain free as the treatment continues for a few more sessions. Thank you 🙂"

"Attended 6 sessions due to sciatica, felt better and better after each session and the advice given is outstanding. The physio team was very polite, welcoming and knowledgeable of what to do and how best to help me. Fully recommend and will be returning if and when any other issues arise."

Sciatica can be frustrating, uncomfortable, and sometimes difficult to navigate on your own. If you're experiencing pain, tingling, numbness, or discomfort travelling down your leg, don't ignore it. Working from home or spending long hours at your desk? Here are 5 things that may help reduce that pesky neck pain.

1️⃣ Keep exercising regularly
Regular physical activity helps maintain strength, mobility and circulation throughout your body. Even a daily walk can make a difference.

2️⃣ Take regular breaks and move around
Our bodies aren't designed to stay in one position for hours at a time. Try standing up, stretching or walking around often.

3️⃣ Create an ergonomic workspace
Position your screen at eye level, keep your keyboard and mouse within easy reach, and make sure your chair supports a comfortable working position.

4️⃣ Manage stress levels
Stress can contribute to increased muscle tension around the neck and shoulders. Taking time to unwind, breathe and switch off can help.

5️⃣ Stay hydrated and eat well
Good nutrition and hydration support your overall health and can help you feel more energised throughout the day.

One important thing to remember: there is no such thing as a ""perfect posture."" Movement, regular position changes, exercise and good lifestyle habits are often more important than trying to sit perfectly all day.

If neck pain is persisting, worsening, or affecting your work and daily life, physiotherapy can help identify what's contributing to it and what you can do about it.
