Many of you have followed Changes UK, then Facing Addiction for a long time and supported the work, the conversations and the impact we have tried to make.

I am now beginning another new chapter with Beyond Executive.

It is focused on leadership development and helping leaders thrive in their businesses, lead with greater clarity and create lasting impact.

A lot of what I will be sharing comes from my own experience of leadership, including the successes, the pressure, the mistakes and the lessons I learned along the way.
