We chipping away:
Don't have be perfect but remaining accountable when you do fall off track and getting straight back to it is key.. life style changes are not easy to change after years of doing the same things. Wanting to change and actually doing what it takes to make it happen is the hardest thing.. this client continues to chip away and trust the process but when she has fell off she's fully accountable no excuses no if or buts she owns it and gets on with what's needed.
Great work 👊🏽💪🏽 now we push forward to hit her goal just 3 lbs to shift.

Shape shifting... she hasn't been fully on it and yet still loosing lbs! Another check in another low on the scales.Few ...

Shape shifting... she hasn't been fully on it and yet still loosing lbs! Another check in another low on the scales.
Few lbs left from her target weight that was set final 2 weeks to push to get her there... and then we switch it up for her birthday goal...
