Bethel Health and Healing Network We are a support for vulnerable pregnant women and new mums, and a listening ear for everyone.

We deliver two key services: *Bethel Doula Service and Rapha Listening Service*. Our Doula team is lead by an experienced former NHS midwife and we are commissioned by the NHS to deliver services to perinatal women across Birmingham , Sandwell and Solihull. We provide provide practical and emotional support to our service users and can act as birth partners. Our Listening Service provides support

for people experiencing anxiety, low mood, loneliness and so on and who need a friendly ear to help them work through their situation. It is a culturally sensitive service with some of our listeners able to speak community languages.

Our BUDS (Building Up Dads) group meets tomorrow, 20th August at 6pm online, a free, welcoming space to talk about fatherhood, supporting your partner, and everything in between. It's once a month, just an hour, and completely judgement-free.

What a night. 💜

On 18 July we marked 20 years of Bethel Health & Healing Network with our Fundraising Ball and first KAVS Award Presentation at Edgbaston Park Hotel, bringing together two decades' worth of supporters, volunteers, families and friends in one room.

Thank you to every guest who came, every sponsor who backed us, and every KAVS Award winner recognised on the night. Twenty years of the Starfish Doula Service, the Rapha Listening Service and our Health Champions programme has only been possible because of people like you choosing to stand with Birmingham families.

Introducing BUDS: Building up Dads 🌟

A brand new free online support group for young dads and dads-to-be, up to age 21. A safe space to talk, connect with other young dads, and get real support with everything from balancing fatherhood, work and finances, to supporting your partner through pregnancy and labour.

📅 First session: Thursday 25th June, 6PM via Teams

🔁 Then once a month, 1 hour

1-2-1 support is also available for anyone who needs it.
