A huge congratulations to Claire Robinson on her well-deserved promotion to Operations Director! 🎉

From starting in September 2020 as a receptionist, they have been nothing short of remarkable. She has progressed through key operational roles during periods of significant change within the company, from supporting the COVID response and the setup of multiple testing sites, to moving into the role of Practice Manager with the launch and rapid growth of the first Midland Health clinic.

Over the past five years, Claire has been instrumental in building new teams at Midland Health (onboarding GPs, consultants and wider team members), developing processes from the ground up, and supporting the expansion of ever-growing services.

Now, as she moves into the Operations Director role at such an exciting stage of the clinic’s development, we believe it is important to recognise how important she will be in helping shape its next chapter of growth.

A fantastic achievement—and thoroughly earned. 🏆
