After 202 days I have relapsed.
But that doesn't mean the past 202 days was a waste of time or that it's been thrown away.
it means that I have used 1 out of 202 days instead of 202 out of 202 days.

This disease wants me to dwell on the fact I have relapsed. it wants me to beat myself up about it so that it can bring me back to rock bottom and kill me.

Well, I'm saying "F**K YOU 🖕🏻, I'm not giving up yet"

Still can't get my head around the fact you're not here anymore.
I've never met such a happy, loving, clever (and equally stupid), human-like doggo.
From the moment you came and sat on my lap 4 years ago and wouldn't move I knew that loving you was going to be something special and you gave us all that love back a hundred times over.

My heart is broken, Life is cruel and you were taken way too soon, but I'm greatful that you were happy, knew you were loved and were having the time of your life right up until the end.

Recovery is fu***ng awesome.

Today I went on a little adventure to Gloucester to a LERO recovery event.

I made some life saving soap with Getting Clean (their soap reduces grime and crime at the same time 😂)
I met some amazing and lovely recovered and recovering addicts.

I got to meet (who literally treated me like I was his best mate) AND do my first Ice bath (if you keep an eye on tomorrow's video you may see a certain someone)

My heart is SO GREATFUL today for such an incredible experience.

DAY 89?.... Completed it mate.
