☀️ Make the Most of Summer – Whatever Your Ability! 🌿

Summer is a great time to get outside and enjoy some fresh air, and every bit of movement counts.

Whether it’s a short walk, gentle stretching, or sitting outside and moving your joints, even 10–15 minutes a day can make a huge difference.

Regular movement can:
🌼 Reduce aches and stiffness
💪 Improve strength and balance
❤️ Boost mood and energy

Movement doesn’t have to be intense to be beneficial. Start where you are and celebrate every step forward.

And if pain or injury is holding you back and you need some help, you know where I am. 😊

Another top weekend at Hamsterley Beast Funduro. This event just gets better and better!

Great to see so many riders and spectators despite the disgusting weather! We're a hardy lot us MTB folk! 🤣

And the sun made an appearance for the young senders racing the Hammers Jam on the Sunday.

Great weekend as always, thank you Beast Clan for putting on such a well organised, fun weekend of racing!
