What’s your go to journaling rituals? 📚 By incorporating rituals into your journaling you are sending signals to your nervous system that it’s time to slow down, to reset and rest 💕

Please tell me what works for you? I feel like there’s a definite gap in the app market for women living with chronic gynaecological issues, or maybe I’ve just not found the right app yet?

🌸 I’m exploring the idea of creating a women’s health & wellbeing app — and I’d love honest feedback from real women before building anything.

The goal would be a space that feels supportive, insightful, and actually useful day-to-day… not overwhelming or clinical.

Some ideas I’m considering:
• Symptom + wellbeing logging
• Cycle tracking beyond just periods
• Pattern recognition (moods, pain, fatigue, flare-ups, hormones, lifestyle triggers etc.)
• Journaling + reflection prompts
• Gentle reminders/check-ins
• A safe community space
• Insights women can bring to appointments
• Support for chronic gynae/hormonal conditions

But I don’t want to assume what women actually need.

So I’d love to know:

✨ What would make a women’s health app genuinely helpful for you?
✨ What’s missing from current apps?
✨ What would make you actually keep using one?
✨ What feels too invasive, overwhelming, or unhelpful?
✨ If you deal with hormonal, reproductive, or chronic health issues — what support/tools do you wish existed?

You can comment below or message privately if preferred 🤍

I’m especially interested in hearing from women navigating:
• Endometriosis
• PCOS
• PMDD
• Fibroids
• Adenomyosis
• Perimenopause/menopause
• Chronic pain/fatigue
• Fertility journeys
• Postpartum changes

Even a quick thought or frustration helps more than you know 🌱

It’s so common to need some extra support during pregnancy and following birth, it’s an overwhelming life change where everything shifts. Peer support alongside creative journaling can provide a nurturing and gentle space to explore the new normal 🫶🏼

March is awareness month, a condition which affects around 1 in 10 women and which can take around 10 years to get a diagnosis! This month it’s more important than ever to raise awareness and share experiences of what can help, including strategies to manage wellbeing and how to advocate for yourself at health appointments 💛 please share this info with any women who might benefit from this peer support group 🫶🏼 Creative journaling can be a great tool to promote wellbeing and track symptoms
