I’m so excited to introduce two beautiful new sessions, created to help you reconnect with yourself, find clarity, and experience deep relaxation.

🌿 Spiritual Therapy & Reiki (2 hours – £95)
A safe, nurturing space where you are gently invited to talk through whatever is on your mind or heart. This is not traditional counselling, but a heart-led, spiritual conversation where you can explore emotions, life challenges, patterns, or questions you may be carrying. Together, we create space for understanding, release, and gentle insight. You’ll also receive intuitive spiritual guidance where appropriate, helping you see things from a higher perspective.

This session also includes a deeply healing “Into the Light” guided meditation, designed to help you release emotional heaviness, step out of confusion or overwhelm, and gently move towards peace, clarity, and inner light. We then finish with a restorative Reiki treatment to calm your nervous system, rebalance your energy, and support emotional healing.

🌙 Guided Meditation & Reiki (90 minutes – £75)
Be guided on a peaceful inner journey to connect with your higher self, spirit guides, or loved ones in spirit, followed by a soothing Reiki session to help you integrate the experience.

Whether you’re seeking healing, guidance, peace, or simply time to pause and reconnect, these sessions have been created with love to support you on your journey. 🤍
