Join us for a deeply relaxing Floating Soundbath at the beautiful Set Longevity Health Club in Little Baddow, Chelmsford.

Come fully dressed in comfortable clothing and settle onto your own comfy double airbed as the soothing sounds and vibrations of the gongs, crystal singing bowls and other beautiful instruments wash over and around you.

No swimming is required. Simply lie back, feel completely supported by the water and allow yourself to deeply rest.

Enjoy time in the swimming pool, whirlpool bath, sauna, infrared sauna, cold therapy and peaceful relaxation areas, before settling onto your comfy double airbed for a deeply relaxing Floating Soundbath.
