We have moved to our highest escalation level, REAP 4, due to sustained high demand on our service and increasing hospital handover delays.

Our response times may be longer than usual. We are asking for your help so we can get to those who need us most:

✅ Please think before calling 999 – only for life-threatening emergencies.
✅ For non-emergencies, use NHS 111 or visit https://111.nhs.uk
✅ Get your flu & COVID-19 jabs
