ssex area. Pure Life as the name suggests was born from a desire to use products that avoid the use of harsh chemicals and preservatives. I love to use and provide you with the purest, best quality products I can source avoiding harsh chemicals for my hairdressing, holistic therapies and oncology treatments. Pure Life Hairdressing and Holistic Therapies are for everyone including those of you who wish to avoid harsh chemicals and enjoy relaxation. I specialise in supporting you with Reiki, Reflexology, Post Natal Reflexology and Indian Head Massage Enhanced with Aromatherapy Oils to induce complete relaxation, to reduce stress, anxiety, depression and pain that may be bought on by a medical condition, a mental health condition, a disability, menopause and hormonal imbalance or a cancer diagnosis. I have extensive experience supporting clients on their journey through cancer and beyond. I can understand and sympathise with you if you have a mental health condition as I know only to well what this feels like, how stress, anxiety and depression and feeling overwhelmed affects you at times as I have gone through this myself. I also have a good understanding of cancer as my partner had a cancer diagnoses in 2020 and is now in remission. Someone very close to me in my family has also been diagnosed with cancer so I am currently supporting them. I have qualifications for for all the treatments I offer, including a Cancer Awareness Certificate and a Mind Health Intro to Anxiety and am currently studying a Level 2 Mental Health Certificate (as of March 2024)

All these treatments are safe to receive after I carry out a consultation. These are complementary treatments to help support you and do not replace medical advice from your Doctor or Specialist Oncology Consultant. For hairdressing I use a high quality ammonia free colour range for your tints and foil lowlights and for highlights I use a high lift blonding lightner which is more gentle and without the harshness of bleach. For holistic therapies I use an organic massage oil and high quality Aromatherapy essential oils for Indian Head Massage, Reflexology I use a balm containing beeswax and essential oils made from the finest natural ingredients. For the Reflex Pedicure treatment and the O.P.I. Pro Spa Pedicure I use the world renowned OPI Professional Nail Products and the Pro Spa Pedicure range. I also offer for purchase through an on line shop a selection of the Jennifer Young Defiant Beauty and Beyond Beauty Cancer Skincare Products for those living with or beyond cancer. 💙I have felt now for some years from listening to many talks and reading books and articles by Doctors and Alternative health advocates and people who have recovered and or fully healed that chronic illness and cancer or anything that is not the natural state of the body is like the engine management system in a car showing a light staying on to warn attention is needed. Many illnesses can be from emotional and stressful and traumatic reactions which remain in our body and mind for years and we are not aware that we need to do something to resolve the root cause of where the body started to go faulty until our body’s management system is screaming at you with dis ease, chronic illness, cancer as a warning that something in your life needs changing. Healthier eating habits, better sleep patterns, more time to relax, let go of anger, let go of bitterness, make peace with people, forgive them but keep your boundaries with them, gentle exercise, walks in nature, sit in the garden, walk barefoot on your grass and so much more.

💙At Pure Life I can guide you gently through change, listening to your feelings with open ears when your family and friends can’t be that support for you as they are too connected and emotional about your illness. I can offer you guidance to things that may help you and support you in a regular or one off session each 1 hour on line via zoom, whatever you feel works for you. I will help guide you to remove and understand the confusion around the illness and together we can trace back where this started by me asking you questions that will guide us to the possible probable root cause of the illness or cancer.
Your body is a wonderful system that with the right help from you can put you on the path to a more comfortable or healed body and mind. I use Gentle Breathing techniques at the beginning of a session to calm, centre you and balance your mind, if you prefer to not do the techniques that’s fine but it will help to prepare your mind and body to be relaxed and open up to me.
