🌳 Nature Connection
🌱Supporting women who’d rather lie down than lean in

Ever feel like you’re doing all the “right” things but still stuck in the same loop?

Sometimes it’s not a mindset problem - it’s an unconscious cord.

An old connection, pattern, or emotional tie that’s still quietly running the show, even when the logical part of you has moved on.

Hypnotic Cord Cutting (HCC) works with your unconscious mind to identify and recalibrate those cords - so you can actually move forward, not just think about moving forward.

90 minutes. £197. One session resulting in a real shift.

Drop me a message if you’re curious. 🌿

Have you heard of hypnotic cord cutting? 🌀

I’ve been offering it as a service for a while, but many people I speak to haven’t heard of it.

Essentially it’s all about releasing the things that your conscious mind understands, but your body hasn’t been able to let go of yet.

🌱Maybe you have something that you feel is holding you back.

🌱You’ve talked it through, maybe tried journaling, or therapy.

🌱You know it’s not serving you and not good for you.

🌱You’ve told yourself you are just going to let it go.

🌱But yet, it’s still here, you’re still holding onto it.

Research into epigenetics suggests that emotional experience can leave traces that ripple quietly forward through generations, meaning some of what you’re carrying may have started long before you did.

You feel stuck and something needs to shift.

This is what HCC does.

It’s a powerful, holistic session that works on multiple levels simultaneously. 💥

Lessons in self-care - from a pigeon 🐦‍⬛

You may know I am a qualified hypnotherapist. What you may not know is that I also work in a florist's two days a week.🌻

A few weeks ago, a racing pigeon flew into the florist shop where I work, bold and without a care in the world.

This pigeon very quickly climbed onto the shelves, had a good rummage, and made it very clear it wanted something.

So, of course, I put down a bowl of water and some bird food. It gratefully ate and had a drink from the bowl, and eventually flew away.

The interesting part? It returned the following day. 😊

Later that morning, someone caught the bird and called the number on its tag. As it turns out, the bird was racing from France to Wales and had just decided it was done. Knackered, Completely exhausted. So it found itself somewhere safe, accepted what it needed, rested, and then carried on when ready.

To be honest, I can’t stop thinking about it. It feels like we are all racing pigeons who often forget we are allowed to stop.

None of us are designed to keep going without rest. Not pigeons, not nature, and absolutely not you.

Take this as your permission to stop and just be. 😊

You don’t need to work harder ..

30/06/2026

You don’t need to work harder, you do need to regulate your nervous system.

A regulated you is a more effective, more creative, more decisive version of you. And she doesn’t need to work harder. She just needs to not be running on empty.

This is where The Knackered Businesswomen’s Club comes in.

Each month, you get a simple, predictable rhythm of live support via Zoom, which is designed to help your nervous system exhale, your shoulders drop, and your mind clear. You also have a private Facebook group to connect with others and build community.

The best bit? There’s nothing to keep up with. Nothing to prepare. And no way to fall behind.

You just show up (or don’t) but either way, the support is there.

I love this quote introduced to me by my good friend Fiona at Earthmonk a few years ago.

"I will love the light for it shows me the way; yet I will love the darkness for it shows me the stars" (attributed to Og Mandino)

It’s a beautiful reminder of how light can shift even the darkest of shadows. How we all have the capacity to return, renew and reconnect to ourselves, each other and the natural world around us 🌿

I’ve been shedding … 🍂🍃

19/06/2026

I’ve been shedding, and it’s been weird! 🤨

When I say shedding, I don’t mean literally shedding my skin like a snake, but I have been shedding my skin figuratively speaking. 🐍

Over the past few months, I’ve been looking at my life and my business, what’s working for me, and what needs to change. It’s kind of a reflection of where I’ve been and where I would like to go moving forward, and it feels like I’ve been shedding the skins of what no longer serves me.

I’ve been letting go of the old version of me and embracing the new, intentional me. ☺️

It has felt weird and uncomfortable, as change often is, but I look at it like this…

The trees don’t grieve the loss of their leaves as the seasons change. 🍂

This is why I am now ready to let go of the things that no longer serve me, and move forward into the next chapter of my life and business.

What does that look like, I hear you ask? ☺️

I am going to slowly share this with you over the coming weeks, so stay tuned.

My nervous system called, and it went on strike! 😵‍💫

It even wrote a strongly worded email, which forced me to stop and take note.

But fear not, it’s rested, recovered, and I’m ready to show up again. ☺️

You may have noticed I’ve been a little quiet on social media for a while now. I haven’t been posting as much, or even engaging with my socials. In fact, I may have ghosted you for almost an entire year, and for that I am sorry.

I think it’s because I felt my energy drop, my willingness to run myself into the ground faltered, and I started to feel stuck.

👉 Stuck with the direction I wanted to go in
👉 Stuck with where to prioritise my time and energy
👉 Stuck with the weight of the world and the negativity
👉 Therefore, stuck with what to post

I think we all have these moments of feeling stuck, of realisation, and for me, taking time away from social media, spending time in nature, having adventures in Bertha (my campervan), and really reevaluating what I want things to look like going forward, has helped me figure it out.

In the coming days and weeks, you are going to see more of me, but this time at a slower pace and in a more intentional way. I’m going to talk to you about what’s next, and I’m super excited to share it with you.

Keep your eyes peeled! 😁
