What a truly special moment at the wonderful Acer Lodge ❤️

Michael has worked alongside some incredible stars over the years, including Les Dawson and Tommy Cooper, just to name a few. Today, he is part of our Acer Lodge family, and we strive to make sure everyone continues to enjoy life, make memories and look forward to new experiences. 🌟

When I saw this video, I just had to share it with everyone, because it captures the true magic of music. 🎶❤️

Michael has sung with the wonderful Kathleen for many years, and today they rekindled that special magic once again.

Watching them perform together brought back so many memories and truly melted our hearts. Moments like this remind us why music is so powerful — it connects us, brings back memories and creates happiness.

What a fantastic Acer Lodge Got Talent we had today! 🎤💃✨

We were treated to some truly amazing singers and dancers, and the talent on show was incredible! 🌟

A special mention to Michael, who has entertained audiences at many venues over the years, for his fabulous rendition of “All I Ask of You” from The Phantom of the Opera. He was beautifully joined by his friend Kathleen, and together they absolutely brought the house down! 👏🎶❤️

Jane also wowed us with her wonderful dance routine — and there were certainly a few happy tears from her sister as she watched her shine. 🥹💃❤️

A huge thank you to all our fantastic entertainers who took part today. You were all absolute stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Today, with the beautiful weather, we found a lovely shady spot in the garden and enjoyed some movement to music 🎶💃🕺

We had lots of fun with some games, plenty of smiles and laughter, and of course, we finished off with a delicious ice cream! 🍦😋

🌸🌿 Another lovely day at Acer Lodge! 🌿🌸

Today we enjoyed a beautiful afternoon of flower arranging in the garden, bringing lots of colour, creativity and smiles to our day. 💐😊

We also enjoyed a lovely church service in the lounge, giving everyone a chance to come together, reflect and enjoy some peaceful time.

And of course, no afternoon at Acer Lodge would be complete without tea, cakes and plenty of good conversation! ☕🍰❤️

Lots of fun, laughter and a little bit of healthy competition today as we played The Generation Game! 😄

Everyone had to put their memories to the test and remember as many items as possible as they came along the conveyor belt. 🧠👀

🏆 And our winners were Barbara and her daughter Karen! What a fantastic team! 👏🥳

We enjoyed a lovely garden party filled with sunshine, music and plenty of dancing! 💃🕺

There were lots of smiles, laughter and some fantastic moves on the dance floor. It was wonderful to see everyone coming together, enjoying the music and making some happy memories. ❤️

🎹 Music really is magic! 🎶

Today we hosted a wonderful Piano Workshop, where everyone had the chance to sit at the piano and learn to play a simple tune. It was amazing to see so many smiles as people discovered they could create music of their own.

Music has a special way of bringing back precious memories, lifting spirits, and filling hearts with happiness. It was lovely to watch our people encourage one another, celebrate every note, and simply enjoy the moment together.

And it wasn’t just our people having fun… our fantastic team couldn’t resist having a go too! 😊

A truly joyful afternoon filled with music, laughter, and memories that will stay with us long after the final note. ❤️🎹

A lovely morning here at Acer Lodge with Chelsea from Generation Fitness! 💪😊

Our people had a fantastic time taking part in fun games and gentle exercises, with plenty of smiles, laughter and encouragement throughout. It was wonderful to see everyone getting involved, keeping active and enjoying each other’s company.

🎉 Eyes Down… Anyone for Bingo? 🎉

It was eyes down at Acer Lodge today as our people enjoyed a fantastic afternoon of quiz, bingo, and plenty of music! 🎶

We were delighted to welcome our good friends, community police officers Cindy and Matt, who are regular visitors and wonderful supporters of our people and the local community.

Matt stepped up to the microphone and proved to be a natural bingo caller, keeping everyone entertained . There were smiles all around, a little friendly competition, and plenty of calls of “House!” as the prizes were won.

Thank you, Cindy and Matt, for another brilliant visit. Your kindness, time, and community spirit make such a difference to everyone at Acer Lodge. We can’t wait to welcome you back! 💙🚓🎉
