We're proud to be joining one of Lancashire's biggest celebrations of culture, diversity, and community.

Blackburn Mela brings thousands of people together for a fantastic day of live entertainment, cultural performances, music, family activities, shopping, and incredible Asian and street food.
This year's event also features the highly anticipated Pakistan vs India Kabaddi match, making it an unmissable day for the whole community.

Be sure to visit the Offload Northwest Men's Hub stall for a friendly chat, learn about our men's groups and services, pick up useful information, and discover how we're supporting men's mental health, wellbeing, recovery, and su***de prevention across Lancashire.

Our Men’s Hub is a welcoming space for all men aged 18+, regardless of background, culture, ethnicity, faith, or life experience.
It’s a place where men can come together, find support, build connections, and be reminded that they are not alone.

There is no expectation to speak.
Come along for a chat, listen to others, share your experiences, or simply enjoy being around people who understand.

At OFFLOAD NORTHWEST, we believe every man deserves a safe space to be heard, supported, and accepted.

This Monday we’re delighted to welcome a special guest speaker from *Rugby League Cares*, who will be sharing information about their Men’s Mental Fitness Programme in Blackburn & Darwen.
They’ll be talking about how the programme supports men’s mental wellbeing, promotes positive mental fitness, and helps men access the right support within the local community.

Fantastic Dads Chat Coffee Morning today at Caffee Impresso ☕️ as I got to meet this little man who I've not seen since he was a little baby. Massive thank you to the Dad who I previously supported for coming down and catching up and tell me how amazing he is doing and the positive changes he's made for himself and his family. This is why I do these coffee mornings to have the chats, positively or negatively as Men and Dads struggle for safe spaces to open up.

Next Dads Coffee Morning will be on the 21st ( I know! Slight change to scheduling but still going ahead)

So it'll be great to see some new faces down or old faces who are just wanting a catch up. Everyone is welcome and who can say no to free Coffee and cake!
