Our new beginner's class starts on Monday 2nd February.

Get moving, improve your health and wellbeing, fitness and confidence and learn to defend yourself.

You can learn classical Yang style Tai Chi and ancient Qi Gong methods.

The class is suitable for complete beginners or those with some previous experience of Tai Chi.

Classes will by 7-8 pm on Monday's at St Wilfrid's CE Academy in Blackburn.
