This morning I journalled like I did when I was a teenager. 💕

It was such a lovely thing to do. No prompts, no focus on being productive, just my thoughts and feelings on the page in a letter to myself.

As a teenager, I journalled daily. I always had journals full of my thoughts and feelings. The ups and downs of life. Writing it all down helped me make sense of it. It helped me see my thoughts and feelings outside of my loud chaotic brain. It was a way to make sense of a world that made no sense.

Even though the world has never really made much sense, atm its an even bigger feeling of senselessness that lives in my brain so going back to that way of journalling again. Being fully human, flawless and all is what is needed.

Happy Birthday Nan 💕

Its the first harvest, its a celebration of the fruits of our manifestations. But today is a bit different for me. The fruits of my manifesting is my nan being at peace, no longer suffering, confused or existing in a life she would hate. I asked the Universe for it for so many times and now it's here, relief and heartbreak mingle together.

I am relieved she is at peace but I am heartbroken we will never have a brew and cake together again. That the woman that had such an impact on my life is no longer here. But I am grateful the universe listen and she is back with my grandad.
