So it’s been super warm, as we know.! ☀️☀️
So have the nights 🌚🌚
I have been covering my feet 🦶 and forehead 🫡 with a cold 🥶 wet 💦 flannel and it is really helping 😊
I’m falling asleep 😴 quicker and cooler…

We still have spaces available on our Gemini Sun, Sagittarius Moon Herbal Meditation this Saturday.

We'll meet at 7pm-8:30pm, this Saturday 30th May, at 📍The Academy, 15 St Alban's Road, Lytham St Annes FY8 1UB, for a few moments of connection with ourselves.

We'll explore the energetics of the full moon, and taste our herbal tincture to decipher what we feel from our blend. We'll be guided through a meditation and come out the other side into a teaching on our mystery plants and how they may affect us energetically, emotionally and physically.

I love these monthly meditations, as we learn to see the patterns and connections between us and nature.

Just made a drop (as running a small business doesn’t always cover the bills..)at Pipers Height Caravan Park. Needed the bathroom 🚽 Staff were lovely and showed me to the public bathroom. OMG they were lovely, clean, tidy and smelt wonderful 💫🫶💫 Thank you for helping a girl out 🤗
