wash, bathe, shave, dress, toileting, medication support. Perhaps you're getting back on your feet after a spell in hospital or those stairs don't make a bath seems very inviting anymore? It doesn't matter how much or how little help you need we can tailor our care to your specific requirements. We also offer Companionship and Home Help services. Our Companionship/Home Help service would enable one of our caregivers to build up a relationship with either you or your loved one & spend quality time with every client accompanying them on shopping trips & or help around the home i.e. meal preparation, laundry and light cleaning.

🌟 **We are SO proud of Clare!** 🌟

Our wonderful Staff Coordinator, Clare, has taken on an incredible challenge this year — Couch to 5K!🏃‍♀️💜

Clare can’t quite believe the progress she has made and is rightly so proud of how far she has come. What started as a challenge has turned into an amazing achievement, and this weekend Clare will complete her final Couch to 5K run — something she can take enormous pride in! 👏🎉

And then on Saturday, Clare will take on the 5K Run the Lights!✨🏃‍♀️

Clare is doing this to raise money for a charity that is incredibly close to her heart. Her dad lived with dementia before he sadly passed away, so this cause has a very personal meaning for her. 💜

At Embrace Home Care, we support clients living with dementia every day, so we know just how important compassionate care, understanding and support are for people living with dementia and their families.

We are extremely proud of Clare for pushing herself, reaching this incredible milestone and turning her personal experience into something positive. 💜

Today has been such a special day as we celebrated one of our wonderful clients turning 80 years young! 💖

Our lovely Registered Manager, office staff, and dedicated caregivers had the pleasure of spending time together to mark this incredible milestone. It was a day filled with smiles, laughter, birthday treats, and cherished memories.

🌸 Flowers, smiles, and friendly introductions!

Our long-standing Registered Manager has been taking our recently new Owner out to meet some of our wonderful clients, giving them the opportunity to introduce themselves, spend some time getting to know everyone, and see first-hand the fantastic relationships we have built over the years.

As a small token of appreciation, our clients were delighted to receive a beautiful bunch of flowers. It was lovely to see so many smiles and enjoy such warm, welcoming conversations.

At the heart of everything we do is building meaningful relationships with the people we support. Taking the time to meet our clients personally reflects our commitment to providing compassionate, person-centred care and ensuring our clients always feel valued.
