Don’t worry, children are welcome at group! We’ve got a little corner in group where they can sit!

If you’ve got spare colouring books, please feel free to bring them! If you’ve got toys you don’t need and others will use them, bring them!! 🧸

✨ Half Term Reminder! Don’t Miss Group! ✨

With half term happening this week, I just wanted to remind you all that children are always welcome in groups 👶🧒

I know childcare can be tricky during the school holidays, but please don’t let that be the reason you miss out on weigh and support 💛

When we miss group, a few things can happen..

- our routine changes
- our motivation dips
- those small gains add up
- little treats turn into a full week and we find ourselves saying “I’ll try again next week”

Even if you feel like you’ve had a wobble, that is exactly when you need group the most. There is never any judgement, just support, motivation and a fresh plan on how to move forward 🥰

Remember… one week off can easily turn into two

So bring the little ones along and if you need to, bring whatever will keep them occupied

You’ve worked too hard to let half term knock you off track!
