Our Relaxation Oil is a therapeutic blend mixed with the intention of helping you to overcome many of the symptoms relating to:

MOOD SWINGS, TENSION, STRESS and ANXIETY and SEASONAL AFFECTIVE DISORDER (SAD)

Relaxation Oil is best used by first tapping the bottle against the palm of your hand or an object such as a soft chair arm. Place between one to three drops (you will never need more than four drops) of the mixture onto the palm of your hand. Rub your hands together and firmly massage the mixture through your hair (especially on the two meridian points-the two lumps at the base of the skull). Then cup your hands over your nose and inhale the vapours for a full five minutes. This creates a very relaxed state of mind. (Relaxation Oil can be used every three hours).
