Hands-on adjustments are something we offer at Agni because, when given with care and consent, they can be a powerful way to deepen your practice. They can help you find stability, create space, build awareness, or simply experience a posture in a new way. For many students, they provide reassurance, guidance and connection.

But we also understand that hands on adjustments aren’t for everyone, and that’s absolutely okay.

Your yoga practice should always feel safe, comfortable and empowering. That’s why our dedicated and experienced teachers will always ask for your consent before class begins. Whether you love receiving adjustments, prefer verbal cues only, or would rather not be touched at all, your choice will always be respected.

If you’re ever unsure, have questions, or your preference changes from one class to the next, just have a chat with your teacher before we begin. We’re here to support your practice, not impose our way of teaching.

At Agni, we believe the best yoga is built on trust, communication and respect. We meet you exactly where you are.

I’ve always been interested in looking after my health from the inside out, so when I was invited to try a food intolerance test with JD Testing, JDTesting I was really curious to see the results.

We’re constantly told what the perfect healthy diet looks like. One week it’s high protein, the next it’s low carb, dairy-free, gluten-free… and it can all become incredibly confusing.

The truth is, there isn’t one way of eating that works for everyone. A healthy diet is one that nourishes your body.

The results were incredibly interesting. I’m now in the process of eliminating the foods that showed up on my results to see what difference it makes.

The main symptoms I’m hoping to improve are tiredness and brain fog, something I’ve struggled with for as long as I can remember. It’ll be really interesting to see whether making these changes has an impact, and I’ll keep you updated along the way.

It’s such a fantastic service to have right here on our doorstep here on the Fylde Coast.

We asked our students to write down how they feel after class on a little card.

This is some of the beautiful feedback they’ve shared.

As teachers, we don’t always get the chance to speak to everyone after class, so reading these little notes is incredibly special. They’re gentle reminders of the power of yoga, not just to strengthen the body, but to calm the mind, lift the spirit, and help us reconnect with ourselves.

They’re also a reminder of the power of community. Every person who walks through our doors adds something to this space, and we’re so grateful to share it with you.
