A reminder that this coming Sunday (10 May 2026) our out-of-hours support service pilot for people in North Perthshire is holding an open afternoon from 3pm to 6pm at the service base at Jessie Street, Blairgowrie PH10 6BT.

If you're aged 16 or over, and are concerned about a friend or family member, or may find the service's support helpful yourself, please come along on Sunday and find out how it can help and support anyone having difficulties with mental health, substance use and/or suicidal thoughts.

The service is available on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights from 8pm to 2am until 28 June 2026 by calling or texting 07917 243389, or by dropping into the service between 8.30pm and 1am.
