Juggling the demands of an invisible battle with endometriosis while running my own counselling practice is a constant balancing act. It's incredibly rewarding to support others through their challenges, even when I'm navigating my own.

Some days are tougher than others and I've had to learn to really listen to my body, especially when it's telling me to rest. Prioritising self-care is essential for showing up authentically for my clients, but unfortunately at times that means I have to cancel with short notice.

I am forever grateful to clients who show understanding during these times - It doesn't go unnoticed! ♡
