Hambledon Health is a Natural Health Clinic centrally located in an Old Georgian building, situated between and above The Forum Cafe and Anna's Alterations, in the Plocks, Blandford Forum, Dorset. Our mission is to provide a friendly, holistic, multi-disciplined natural health care centre, integrating both mainstream and complementary therapies. Where people know they can come for good health care

advice and the highest standards in individual holistic care. The clinic has undergone a complete refurbishment recently and now offers three comfortable treatment rooms in a modern, welcoming space. We offer a variety of therapies including:

SCIATICA!!!
Main components:
• Nerve compression or irritation from the spine, pelvis, or soft tissues
• Radiating pain down the leg, often with burning, fizzing, zapping or pins and needles
• Movement sensitivity—certain positions flare it, others ease it
• Muscle guarding around the lower back

Why it matters: Sciatica behaves differently depending on the source. Two people can have identical leg pain but completely different underlying drivers.
