Our mission is to support and assist individuals within the community to find meaningful activity to improve their emotional and mental wellbeing so they can thrive. TVHW is a newly formed CIC with a difference, it provides an alternative solution to working with those experiencing social isolation due to mental health difficulties, physical disabilities, ill health and learning difficulties. The

key to our core business and a USP as we re-engage with people at their own pace, to support them to set small goals and assist them to achieve these in a setting that promotes choice, independence and increases confidence

So this week with potentially one of the hottest days of the year, the Walking 🚶‍♀️ 🚶‍♂️ Group had to choose the destination with one eye on the heat. The choice was Thornley Woods. Only our second ever trip there, but an excellent choice, as the tree cover gave the group a relatively cool walk.
