Still not quite the May weather we are waiting for ..... warm up and find something new at my class tomorrow! Every time I practice yoga I notice not just the physical stuff, but also how I'm feeling:
- maybe I'm impatient and restless today
- or sluggish and lacking energy
- or maybe I can really get into my practice, no distractions
A regular yoga habit helps us to learn more about ourselves - not just improve our strength and flexibility. Yoga teaches us to feel comfortable in our own skin. My 9:30am Tuesday morning Vinyasa YOGA class is for all levels, no experience needed.
