We are so deeply grateful 🕯️✨
To everyone who joined us for our very first Wave of Light, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We were completely overwhelmed by the amazing turnout and the incredible support from our community. Seeing so many people come together to light a candle and remember with us meant more than words can say.

✨ Wave of Light – Baby Loss Awareness Week ✨
Join us at Forget Me Not Funeral Services on Thursday, 15th October as we come together to honour and remember all the precious angel babies who left us too soon.
As part of the global Wave of Light, we invite families, friends, and community members to join us for an evening of remembrance, support, and gentle community connection.
📅 Date: Thursday, 15th October
⏰ Time: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
📍 Location: Forget Me Not Funeral Services
What to Expect During the Evening:
🕯️ 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM: Candle Lighting
We will join the nationwide Wave of Light by lighting candles to create a continuous beam of light across the world in memory of all lost babies.
👼 Angel Memory Tree
We will have special pink and blue hanging angels available. You are warmly invited to write a message, name, or date on an angel to hang on our memory tree.
🗣️ Short Candlelit Service
We are deeply honored to have Annessa Rebair leading a gentle, short service during the evening.
☕ Refreshments
Tea, coffee, and cake will be provided throughout the evening.
Whether you wish to stay for the whole evening or simply drop in to write a message and light a candle, everyone is welcome. You do not have to walk this path alone. 🕊️

A rags to riches country girl who was the very definition of a superstar. With a career spanning over 60 years she was a true icon and such an inspiration. Her talent, heart and kindness touched so many lives, and she truly left this world better than she found it.
Her sharp wit, infectious joy, and unforgettable glamour famously reminded us that "It costs a lot of money to look this cheap".
She was passionate about literacy and education and created the Imagination Library distributing millions of books worldwide to young children inspired by childhood poverty and her father's inability to read and write.
Her immense generosity knew no bounds during the pandemic, she donated $1m towards vaccine research, yet remained so grounded and humble that she famously rejected calls for a statue to be erected in her home state.
Our thoughts are with her family, friends and all those around the world who loved and admired her.
Rest in peace Dolly we will always love you ❤️❤️❤️

We just received the sweetest handmade thank-you card, and we can't stop smiling. There’s something so special about holding a piece of paper that someone took the time to cut, draw, write, and pour their heart into. In a world full of quick texts and emails, this little piece of art feels like the biggest hug.

In Loving Memory of a dearly loved dad and grandad. Thomas Allan Stafford was the heart of his family, and his love, and passion will never be forgotten.
Allan has been laid to rest in a football urn, staying forever connected to the beautiful game He has now taken his place among the stars reunited with the Newcastle legends who came before him, watching over his family and the Toon from the best seat in the house.
