Thank you to everyone who came along to our Pop Into The Park Event. Lots of people and lots of new furry friends too. It was really good to see so many people getting out for a walk and enjoying the beautiful Ridley Park. Our Social Prescribers are back at the CVA hub Market Place Blyth Thursday 9-4 so see you in the morning!

This week Marine Medical Group Social Prescribers are out and about. On Tuesday after they will be at Phoenix Theatre, Blyth 1pm for their mental health support group. On Wednesday 9-11.30 they will be at Lighthouse Community Hub Newsham and from 2pm to 4pm they will be at Ridley Park for our Pop Into The Park Event. On Thursday they will be back at the CVA hub Market Place Blyth 9-4 and on Saturday, you will find them on their community stall at Blyth Live!!!

Next Wednesday 17th June....
Join Marine Medical Group Social Prescribers at the Lighthouse Community Hub 9am to 11.30 in the old caretakers bungalow we are being joined by David from the Stop Smoking Service. Our Social Prescribers can also support with forms, housing and benefits advice. Then from 2pm to 4pm our Social Prescribers will be at Ridley Park Blyth for our Pop Into The Park Event. Come along to get advice on wellbeing, keeping active and how you can live your best life for longer with just a few simple changes.

What a very busy day for Marine Medical Group Social Prescribers at the CVA hub. Dozens of our lovely Blyth community came along and as always, its a pleasure to meet you all and help in any way we can.
Finally some sad news. We learned that the lovely Rocky, one of our 4 legged friends, crossed the rainbow bridge last week. Rocky was a firm favourite with everyone and we will remember him in his Christmas jumper and his knitted hat.
