Slimming World with Jo in Banbury

Hi everyone, hope you are all well?
This is a very hard post to write and a decision that wasn't easy to make!
Next week will be my last day as a Slimming World consultant 😔 I've absolutely loved helping my past and present members lose weight for good and achieve their dreams whether that's been for a wedding, a vital operation or just to feel amazing in themselves.
I've been super proud that the Thursday Evening group has been an award winning group and has often ranked within the top 3 out of 15 groups in the Banbury area 🎉
Slimming World helped me achieve my dreams and I will always be a member, shouting loud and proud about it ❤️
I'd love to see all my members on the 26th February, whether you're currently with me or stepped away to say thank you and take care 😘

So proud of the Thursday evening group, they lost 217.5lb in January
15.5 stone/98.5kg

I've woken up this morning a very proud consultant of my 'award' winning group 😀🎉
The Thursday Evening group absolutely smashed it during December and out of 15 other sessions across Banbury, we won 🥰
Now to wait for January's results? 🙏🏼

I love getting out in the fresh air, whether it's walking the dog or walking/running around with Loony loops 🏃🏼‍♀️🚶🏼‍♀️
I also love encouraging others to celebrate what their bodies can do too 🥰😀
