🌝 Watch the solar eclipse safely! 🌞

A partial solar eclipse will be visible across England today. Lots of people will want to watch it.

BUT... Looking directly at the sun without the right protection can cause permanent damage to your eyesight, so you need to take care.

❌ Your sunglasses look great but they don’t give enough protection for viewing a solar eclipse

✅ Use special eclipse glasses or watch it indirectly to help protect your eyes

The Met Office have issued an amber heat warning for England on Thursday, where temperatures could reach up to 38°C.

During periods of extreme heat, some mental health medications can make it harder for your body to stay cool, increasing the risk of dehydration and overheating.
