This patient was referred for re-RCT of lower left first premolar due to recurring abscesses related to the tooth. The tooth had a suboptimal previous Root Canal filling.
A second canal was found on access opening, then the canals were prepped and obturated using One Curve file system and the GP was sealed with a resin based sealer. Using single cone obturation technique.
The core was rebuilt with composite and the patient is going to have a crown on the tooth next.
