Your Time To Shine Therapy.

Your Time To Shine Therapy. "I am dedicated to helping you navigate life’s challenges with care and understanding. Hi, I'm Cheryl. I'm a qualified life coach and mindfulness practitioner.

Through a compassionate and collaborative approach, we will work together to help you find clarity, build resilience, and create a more fulfilling life." I also teach you how to manifest anything you want in your life using the law of attraction. Back in 2018 I was diagnosed with breast cancer and at 48 years old I decided it was time for me to change my life and live it as the purposeful person I

was meant to be. I was made redundant from my job, I believed this was a sign from the universe that I had to pick up my old dream and become a Life Coach. I believe we are all put on this earth with a purpose in mind, we just need to find it and share it with the world. I have always known deep down that my life purpose is to help people find their pathway and wake up every morning thanking the universe for another day. My mission in life therefor is to help people relight their fire and go back to the dreams and hopes they had as a child. So often as adults we let them fade into the background as our day to day lives slowly takes over. My promise to you will be to provide a safe space so you can envisage the life you want. I will help you to break free from the limiting beliefs and blocks that have been holding you prisoner and help you create a life you truly desire. I have walked this very path and come out the other side as the shining light I was born to be. I will be honest with you it is not going to be an easy journey and it will take some deep soul searching. However, I promise with the space I hold for you and the tools I will share, together we can get your light shining bright and completely transform your life. If you are truly ready to embark on an epic journey of self-discovery, to find your true potential and live your best life then take my hand and together we will take the very first step.

It’s 3AM.

And your mind is already in tomorrow.

Work. Money. Relationships. Health. Decisions you haven’t even made yet — but already feel pressure to get right.

Many high performers assume this is just overthinking.

But future-focused worry at night is often a very human response.

During the day, your attention is occupied:

solving problems
making decisions
managing responsibility
keeping everything moving

At night, the noise stops.

And your mind finally has space.

So it starts scanning ahead:
What if this goes wrong?
What if I miss something?
What if I can’t handle what’s coming?

This isn’t a malfunction.

It’s a protective system trying to reduce uncertainty.

The issue is that at 3AM, tiredness makes uncertainty feel much bigger than it actually is.

And over time, this pattern doesn’t just affect sleep.

It can lead to:

mental fatigue
reduced confidence
overthinking decisions
emotional exhaustion
feeling overwhelmed by everyday responsibilities

One thing I see consistently in my work through the Heart-to-Heal™ Method is this:

High performers don’t struggle because they can’t cope.

They struggle because they’ve learned to stay in constant anticipation.

And coping is not the same as feeling safe.

Through the Heart-to-Heal™ Method, I help people work with the deeper patterns driving this, including:

stress and anticipation loops
nervous system regulation
emotional processing instead of suppression
self-trust under uncertainty
reducing internal pressure and overload

Because when self-trust increases, the need to mentally rehearse every possible future outcome starts to reduce.

And that’s when the mind begins to settle.

People often notice:

better sleep
less overthinking
clearer thinking
more emotional steadiness
greater calm under pressure

Not because life becomes easier.

But because they stop living in a constant state of anticipation.

Why High Performers Can’t Switch Off at Night

It’s 2:47AM.

The house is quiet, but your mind is anything but.

Replaying conversations. Analysing decisions. Thinking about tomorrow. Trying to make sure nothing gets missed.

You know you’re exhausted — but your mind won’t switch off.

Many high performers assume this is anxiety.

Often, it’s something deeper.

During the day, your attention is focused outward:

responsibilities
decisions
problem-solving
supporting others

Then night arrives.

The noise stops.

And your mind finally has space to process what it’s been carrying.

The issue is that a tired nervous system doesn’t always process things calmly — it loops instead.

What I often see in my work through the Heart-to-Heal™ Method is that high performers aren’t struggling because they’re incapable.

They’re struggling because they’ve become skilled at coping without enough space to process.

And coping isn’t the same as recovery.

Over time, this can show up as:

overthinking at night
mental fatigue
emotional exhaustion
difficulty switching off
feeling overwhelmed

The goal isn’t to force the mind to stop.

It’s to understand what’s driving it.

Through the Heart-to-Heal™ Method, I help people reduce internal pressure by working with:

stress and responsibility patterns
nervous system regulation
emotional processing
boundaries and self-trust

When that internal load reduces, the mind often naturally quietens.

People usually notice:

better sleep
less overthinking
clearer thinking
more calm and steadiness

Why High Performers Wake Up at 3AM

One of the most common things I hear from clients is:

"I'm fine during the day, but when I wake up at 3AM, my mind won't stop."

The mind starts replaying conversations.

Thinking about decisions.

Worrying about tomorrow.

Carrying responsibilities that suddenly feel much heavier in the middle of the night.

Many people assume this is anxiety.

Often, it's a sign you've been carrying more pressure than you've had space to process.

The reality is that many high performers become very good at coping.

But coping isn't always the same as processing.

In this video, I explore:

✔ Why your mind gets louder at night
✔ What often sits beneath 3AM overthinking
✔ The connection between stress, burnout, responsibility, and mental overload
✔ How understanding your nervous system can help you regain balance

This is also a core part of my Heart-to-Heal™ Method—helping people understand the deeper patterns driving anxiety, stress, burnout, and emotional overwhelm so they can feel calmer, think more clearly, and stop carrying everything alone.

Why overthinking isn’t a flaw — it’s actually a survival mechanism.

If your mind constantly replays conversations, predicts worst-case scenarios, or won’t switch off… this video will help you understand what’s really going on.

If you constantly say yes when you want to say no… avoid conflict… and put other people’s needs before your own — this could be the hidden reason your anxiety keeps building.

People-pleasing might look like kindness on the surface, but underneath it often creates stress, resentment, and emotional exhaustion.

✨ The hidden concept of “emotional debt”
✨ Why it feels so hard to say no or set boundaries
✨ How this pattern leads to burnout, overwhelm, and disconnection
✨ How therapy helps you break the cycle and regain control
