🐾 SERENITY IS BACK ❤️

I’m really pleased to be able to say that Serenity Pet Funeral & Cremation Services is back.

Serenity was started because of my own little dog, Fluff. Losing him made me realise just how difficult it is when you lose a pet, and how much families need someone they can trust at such a horrible time.

For me, this has never just been about running a business.

I know that when you lose your dog or cat, you're not losing "just a pet". You're losing a member of your family.

That's why I wanted Serenity to be different.

When you bring your beloved pet into our care, I want you to know that they will be treated with the same respect and dignity that I would want for my own.

I'll always take the time to talk to you, explain everything properly and make sure you know exactly what will happen.

I also believe that saying goodbye shouldn't have to cost a fortune. Families should be able to give their pet a beautiful and respectful farewell without being put under even more pressure at an already heartbreaking time.

Most importantly, we care.

We've got pets ourselves. We know how much they become part of your life, and we understand how difficult that final goodbye can be.

So if you've used Serenity before, thank you for trusting us, and I'd really appreciate you sharing this post so that other families know we're back.

And if you've never used us before, hopefully we'll never need to meet under these circumstances — but if that sad day does come, we'll be here.

Little Update from Serenity❤️🐾 🐾🌈
I have some wonderful news to share.
After a long journey, Serenity Pet Funeral and Cremation Services has now received retrospective planning approval, allowing us to move forward with offering compassionate pet funeral services.
I want to thank every single person who has supported Serenity so far. Whether you've donated to our GoFundMe, shared a post, offered kind words, or simply believed in what we're trying to achieve, you've helped make this possible.
Serenity was created in loving memory of my little dog, Fluff, with one simple aim: to give every beloved pet the respectful and dignified farewell they deserve.
I'm taking a short holiday this week to recharge after what has been a busy and emotional time. When I'm back, I'll be sharing news about the next chapter for Serenity and how we hope to support families across our community.
Thank you all for believing in this dream. It truly means the world.

We live in a world that expects us to 'clock in' and be productive, even when our personal worlds have just shattered. But for those of us who have lost a pet, we know that the grief is just as real, just as heavy, and just as debilitating as any other loss. 🌈💔🐾🏢✨

A pet isn't 'just an animal.' They are the roommates who never leave our side, the companions who listen without judgment, and the family members who love us more than they love themselves. When they pass away, the silence in the house is deafening, and the hole in our routine is a constant, painful reminder of what’s missing.

Expecting an employee to sit at a desk and hit 'send' on emails while they are paralyzed by the loss of a best friend isn't just unproductive—it’s inhumane. Real leadership recognizes that mental health and emotional well-being are the foundation of a great company.

Granting bereavement leave for a pet isn't just about 'time off.' It’s about validation. It’s about a company saying, 'We see your pain, we respect your family, and we believe your heart deserves time to heal.'

What do you think? Should businesses be required to offer pet bereavement leave, or should it be up to the individual boss?

Type 'YES' if you believe pet loss leave should be standard, and leave a ❤️ to show support for the compassionate workplaces that already recognize this! 👇

Letting you go was the hardest thing love ever asked of me, and it broke something in me I didn't know could break.

You may no longer be beside me, but you live in the quiet moments — in every heartbeat, every memory, every part of my days. Not a single one passes without feeling you still here. ❤️🐾
