Our final free community funded sound bath ended on a lovely note today with a delicious vegetarian lunch, kindly provided by Champak & Co. 💚

We also have some wonderful news! Champak & Co have very generously gifted us the use of their space, which means Karmic Kitchen is returning! 🍽️

We’re now looking for volunteer cooks to help bring people together through food. All ingredients will be provided, so all you need to bring is your passion for cooking and community & the food must be vegetarian to cater for all.

An astoundingly great program that Elite have worked very hard to get funding for….

🥊SUMMER PROGRAMME – STARTING THIS FRIDAY!

Elite Community Hub and Pheniks Division are partnering to deliver a free six week programme for young people aged 16–24 who are not currently in education, employment or training.

Running every Friday from 10am–3pm, the programme will give young people the chance to spend their summer building confidence, improving their fitness and developing useful skills for everyday life.

Sessions will include:

🥊 Boxing and fitness
🥗 Body theory and nutrition
👨‍🍳 Practical cooking sessions
💬 Personal development and mentoring
🤝 Meeting new people and working as a team
🎯 Exploring future opportunities

📅 Starts Friday 24 July
⏰ 10am–3pm
📍 Elite Community Hub
🗓️ Runs for six weeks

Join us tomorrow at 10:00am for our final FREE Sound Relaxation Session, kindly funded by Bolton Hindu Elders.

Take an hour to pause, rest, and recharge in a calm, welcoming space. This session is not spiritually affiliated or tied to any beliefs - it is simply an opportunity to relax while enjoying the gentle resonance of sound, comfortable rest, and mindful breathing.

The soothing sounds can help ease muscle tension, encourage deep relaxation, and leave you feeling refreshed and restored.

Blessed to have the forest just over the road from me to walk through, cool down, collect my thoughts and get out of the heat. I didn’t see a single bee today so if you can, in your garden a bowl or plate of marbles or pebbles with water for them to rest on the stones and drink the water 🙏🏼
