Please come! I’ve only got 3 people booked on so far which is fab and I’m so happy those three are coming along but we really need more people to make this a great event. Early start for an incredible cause - you can do it in chair, you can rest, you can do all 108 - it doesn’t matter. This is about taking in part in something that will help someone with their palliative care that will make a huge difference. £20.50 and all proceeds go to the hospice. ✨I am getting so much better with my “no’s” the older I get. 🙌🏻

✨I have less time for pleasing everyone, less intent to be liked by everyone.

✨I have more intent to protect my zone, keep my vibes higher.

✨I am by far the boundary-laid person I wish to be BUT I am edging towards it all the time.

✨Flexing my “NO” muscle…& it feels refreshing!

✨Many lessons learnt in 2016, but on the whole it was good fun with a 1 year old.

✨Some sadness looking back, mum being the main reason, IVF + work being another.

✨ But I guess it's all part of appreciating the lovely, lovely things in life too ❤️

✨I am feeling it at the moment, lots of change (for the better) and it’s making me nostalgic & emotional 🥲

✨Nostalgic but also in wonder;
