Dear Mark and everyone at Howarths,
I just wanted to send a heartfelt thank you to you all for everything you have done for our family.
From the minute we met Mark, we knew Dad was in the best possible hands. Mark, you were so caring, calm and compassionate, and you made what was an incredibly difficult time for us feel so much easier. You supported and guided us through every single step, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble.
The care you showed not only to Dad, but to all of us, meant more than I can put into words. Even helping Mum to put the pictures into Dad’s coffin was such a small but incredibly meaningful gesture, and something we will always remember.
The job you do really is amazing. It takes a very special kind of person to support families at one of the hardest times in their lives with the kindness and dignity that you showed us.
Dad’s funeral was everything we could have hoped for. The whole service, from start to finish, was so personal, respectful and heartwarming. It felt like a true celebration of Dad’s life, and although it was an incredibly sad day, we came away feeling that we had given him the wonderful send-off he deserved.
Mark, and everyone at Howarths who played a part, we genuinely cannot thank you enough for the care you gave Dad and the support you gave our whole family. We will never forget it.
