Window Cleaner Wanted (Fortnightly) – Birtwistles Funeral Directors

Hi all, we’re looking for a reliable window cleaner to clean the windows and front door at Birtwistles Funeral Directors every two weeks.

It’s a small, straightforward job but we’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work and can keep everything looking clean and presentable.

What’s needed:

* Cleaning all exterior windows
* Cleaning/polishing the front door and glass
* Bringing your own equipment
* Someone dependable and respectful (as we’re a funeral service)

Details:

* Fortnightly work
* Flexible on day/time (to be agreed)
* Paid through our online system (Payit)

💗 Honouring someone who meant so much this Mother’s Day 💗

Mother’s Day can be a meaningful time of remembrance for many. Today, we’re thinking of everyone remembering someone special - a mum, mother figure, or someone who offered love, guidance, and care throughout their life.

At Birtwistle’s we are here if you need a quiet moment of reflection or a space to pay tribute in your own way. Whether you’re lighting a candle, writing a message, or simply taking a moment to pause, you’re not alone.

Sending warmth and comfort to all who are remembering someone today and to all our families celebrating we wish you all a very Happy Mother’s Day.

At Birtwistles our memorial Christmas tree is now in place for the festive season in our warm and welcoming sitting area.

We have sent our wonderful families that have entrusted us with looking after their loved one on their final journey, a memory tag to decorate.

These tags are also available to anyone in our community who wishes to remember their loved one whether they’ve used us before or not.

You can place the tags on our tree in branch or on your own what ever you feel comfortable with.

We are here to support you in any way we can, be it a chat, a cuppa and a biscuit or just to sit and reflect.
