Man Cave is a support group for men suffering from mental health issues, it is a safe space to share all problems such as substance abuse, grief, depression, relationship breakdown etc… in a friendly and understanding, non-judgmental group format.

Remember - Man Cave meetings are held every week. New members are always welcome as well as returning members. If you used to come, have drifted off and are worried to return, don’t be. Don’t suffer alone. See you tonight, 7.30pm at The Phoenix Arts.
