It’s my 6th birthday!!!! I can not believe it’s 6 years since I officially launched Chrysalis Complementary Therapies. It feels as though it’s been so much longer than that. That’s down to all you wonderful people who have supported me on my journey.
I’ve enjoyed welcoming so many through my doors and on to my couch, providing treatments and seeing you leave relaxed and lighter.
So, a very big and heartfelt thank you to you all.

This week sees the end of the school year. I have availability this week for those who’d like a bit of “me time” before the 6 weeks holiday begins.

I’m also having some time off from 22nd July - 30th July. Any appointment availability I have during this I’ll postpone here.

Another very hot week ahead 🥵 I’m not taking any more bookings for this week. For those booked in, I’ll do my utmost to keep the treatment room as cool as possible.
If you feel the heat will be too much and may affect your treatment, then you’re more than welcome to reschedule.

Hello! I hope you’re all keeping well. Sorry, I’ve been quiet for a while. Firstly navigating the heat and secondly celebrating milestones with my family.
My grandson recently turned 18, and my granddaughter attended her school prom.
I’m back in the treatment room this week and thankfully the weather is cooler.
I have Thursday 2nd July free this week, morning, afternoon and evening.
Next week I’m available Tuesday 7th in the morning and Wednesday 8the morning, afternoon and evening.

This week is Men’s Health Week.

Complementary therapies aid in reducing stress, both physical and mental, encouraging the body and mind to relax. Releasing tension, aiding sleep and promoting better wellbeing.
I’m pleased to say I’m seeing more male clients seeking treatments to help find a “calm” in their busy lifestyles. All treatments I offer are suitable for men.
