What’s your favourite place? I don’t have a favourite place, I have my favourite people. As an MD, I’m exceptionally proud of the people I have around me, my team. This is only a few of them, but no feel so grateful to have the entire team of fabulous people around me ❤️

This wonderful carer won Carer of the month through sheer hard hard work, never ever complaining, always picking up extra work to help us, even at the last minute, always smiling, never ever ever ever going off sick or needing time off for her daughters, just a hardy strong reliable compassionate carer. Well done lovely Des, this is so well deserved ❤️🎉🍾🥰

🎉🎂 Birthday Lunch Celebrations! 🎂🎉

What a wonderful day celebrating our lovely Mr GH’s birthday! 🥳💙

He was treated to a special lunch out with three of his amazing carers, and judging by the smiles all round, a fantastic time was had by everyone.

As always, he kept the ladies entertained with his hilarious facial expressions and cheeky sense of humour – never a dull moment when he’s around! 😄

We think he was quite happy being surrounded by so many gorgeous ladies for the afternoon too! 😉💐

Creating moments like these is what care is all about – friendship, laughter, and making special memories together.

A big thank you to Gez, Employment Support Officer, who popped into our office today to support one of our colleagues and help her son take positive steps towards finding employment. It’s wonderful to see our community coming together to create opportunities and support young people on their career journey. 🌟🤝

We love it when our carers bring clients in to spend time with the office team 💙This lovely gentleman was discharged from hospital over the Easter weekend, and within 24 hours we had arranged a live-in care package to support him at home. At the time, he couldn’t walk and was very confused.Just one month later, his needs have reduced dramatically to just a few hours of support each week 🙌It’s a great example of how we deliver truly person-centred care—adapting and tailoring support as our clients’ needs change, whether that means increasing or gradually stepping it down.
