Now that the have investigated a well known baby sleep consultant and found her advice to be dangerous I hope something will be done to regulate the sleep coaching industry. This is something very much needed.

Tired parents are vulnerable and I have lost count of the number of clients who I have supported AFTER they have worked with well known consultants with celebrity clients or thousands of followers.

If you follow my account because you're tired and you're considering using a Sleep consultant or coach please do your research ask them what techniques they use ask them what their training was check with them that they don't advise anything that goes against guidelines such as those from

If all babies where the same and there was a "one size fits all" for routine & sleep then believe me, we would all be given The Book as we left the hospital!

The best sleep plans, support programmes or consultations are bespoke - tweaked based on individual circumstances, parenting styles and baby personality and temprement.
